i wanted one sooo bad the other day, after my last final (hallelujah), but I didn't want to spend the money for one. so, i made my own up! i also really wanted chic-fil-a sauce so, i figured that out too.

makes 2 servings
1-2 cups of cubed chicken breast
half yellow onion, thinly sliced
salt, pepper, garlic powder, and red pepper *sprinkles*
mushrooms
1/2 c. cheddar jack cheese
bread
chic-fil-a sauce COPYCAT:
*this is a 1-1-2 ratio*
1- BBQ sauce
1 - ranch
2 - honey mustard
whisk together till well blended
it's not PERFECT but it's pretty dang close.
instructions
in a large frying pan, saute chicken cubes till ALMOST golden
add in onions and mushrooms
let the veggies get soft
sprinkle cheese over the meat and veggies
toast the bread
assemble with sauce and meat.
YUM!
